Below are our cornerstone principles that we live by. Our practices and training are based on these six values that we believe are key for anyone searching to achieve their full potential physically and mentally.
We believe that optimum health is achieved by doing some of the most simple and natural things in life. Things like hydrating regularly, breathing deeply, sleeping well, eating real whole food, connecting to nature and getting enough sunlight, moving our bodies and growing spiritually.
Our approach is very traditional in the sense that we recommend eating real whole food, meaning we avoid processed food or pretty much anything that comes packaged with a label. We don’t recommend any particular diet. We hold value in knowing where our food comes from; how it’s grown, harvested, stored and sold to us. The food we eat should be sustainably grown, organic when possible, local and seasonal. Ultimately our health is as good as the soil on which it grows.
We believe that movement gives us an instant boost on all levels, physically and spiritually. And resistance training like lifting weight is the best way to having strong bones, muscles and a tone physique.
Slow movement breathing exercises help build energy from within. These help to slow the mind and allow us to focus on the present moment.
We believe that ultimately, the best way to take care of our environment is to start with our health. As our health, strength and energy improve, we create a ripple effect that influence others to also adopt healthier lifestyles hence having a positive impact on the planet.
Every human being as a purpose and the ability to grow, develop their strength and fulfil their potential. We want people to believe in themselves and use natural ways to thrive and look after themselves for optimum health.
